This includes Retailers, Foodservice Professionals, Distributors and Wholesalers, Producers and Manufacturers and Food & Beverage Professionals.

As this is a trade only event all visitors will be vetted in advance and entry is not guaranteed to the Fair until you receive your visitor confirmation email.

Visitors will be required to provide proof of trade status and industry relevance when registering for the Fair. To ensure a smooth registration process you will need to provide the below:
- Website or social media business page URL
- Connection between yourself and the business (i.e. work email address, LinkedIn profile)
- Connection between the business and fine food & drink industry

If you cannot provide any of these then regrettably we cannot grant entry to the Fair.

Please refer to our admissions policy here.

Can students attend The Speciality & Fine Food Fair?

As the Fair is an industry only event, we operate on a no student policy. This policy will be enforced across both days of the show and as such we sadly cannot issue you with a visitor pass.

I am an industry supplier, can I attend the event?

Entry to Speciality & Fine Food Fair is for buyers looking to meet with producers to pull together an enticing selection of products for their outlets. This is the heart of the Fair and therefore it important to us that we do everything we can to ensure the Fair enables buyers and producers to connect, do business and gain value from the event.

We understand that suppliers to food & drink brands are an important part of the industry ecosystem, however following feedback from our exhibitors last year we want to ensure we focus on facilitating those invaluable new connections between buyers and speciality producers and that is why we have decided this year to introduce the fee of £350 including VAT to suppliers. Following registration you will be emailed with a link to pay the supplier charge.

How do I get tickets?
