THE DRINKS CABINET

In Partnership with Mixology School

Bursting with innovative artisan drinks and bar snack suppliers, this was the place to experience new food & drink pairings and source the latest products. Mixology School were there once again discussing up & coming trends and stirring up some inspiration for visitors at The Inspiration Bar. 

TRENDS THEATRE

This year our visitors could visit the Trends Theatre where they experienced live demonstrations, tasted new innovations and heard about the latest trends in the market.

This year, exhibitors and visitors to Speciality & Fine Food Fair could book a COMPLIMENTARY FDReviews LIVE! Session with experienced business leaders from the likes of M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Harrod’s, Selfridges, John Lewis and Fortnum & Mason. 

PITCH LIVE 2023

Four start-up companies were given the opportunity to take to the stage to pitch their innovative products to a panel of leading industry experts live at Speciality and Fine Food Fair 2023 at the Trends Theatre.

SPECIALITY & FINE FOOD FAIR AWARDS

This year we hosted the third edition of our Speciality & Fine Food Fair Awards!

These awards champion all that make our industry such a remarkable and inspiring place.

THE START-UP VILLAGE

Visitors could head to The Start-up Village to meet some of the industry's newest and most innovative start-ups, all under the age of 3 years old. This bustling zone was one of the most highly anticipated gems of the Fair and served as a launchpad for many successful and well known businesses.

Guild of Fine Food

Visitors were able to taste test the 2023 Great Taste Award winning products at this feature which was a must visit for inspiration from some of the finest produce around.

NETWORKING HUB

Exhibitors and visitors were able to use the Networking Hub to forge valuable connections and collaborations. It provided a dynamic environment for networking, knowledge sharing, and exploring new business opportunities within the specialty and fine food industry. There was also tastings hosted there from our exhibitors including O'Food and Jongga.

B Corp Guide in partnership with Cotswold Fayre

This B Corp Guide was been created to help you easily find all the brands exhibiting at the Fair that champion being socially and environmentally responsible, and have gained the sought after B Corp certification
