The Village Square was an energetic hub at the heart of the Fair, designed for networking and exploring exciting new business opportunities through tastings and round table discussions.

25 Regional Stars

We collaborated with Speciality Food magazine to recognise 25 Regional Stars in fine food & drink. The regional stars were nominated businesses which passionately advocate for the time-honoured skills and flavours that form part of their local food heritage. The Village Square offered tastings with the stars, and the entrance of the Fair presented all the finalists on the feature wall!

Following feedback from our visitors, we launched a Regional Producer Guide! The guide highlighted our exhibitors by region so that visitors could discover, meet and taste products at the Fair that are local to their outlet.

The Start-Up Village was the ultimate launchpad for new artisanal food and drink brands that are less than two years into their journey. It's where buyers came to discover the latest innovations, spot emerging trends and connect with the industry's rising stars.

The Drinks Quarter

Filled with a vibrant array of innovative drinks ranging from spirits, beers, ciders, and wines to tea and coffee, this area at the Fair was the ideal place to stir up creativity & discover the latest offerings in the beverage domain.

The Great Taste Deli

With the recognisable Great Taste Awards star logo, the Great Taste Deli shined a spotlight on award-winning products, giving buyers the opportunity to sample and discover the very best on the market.
