Tess is the founder of All Dressed Up, an all natural salad dressing brand, shaking up the category! Having previously worked as a private chef, making dressings from scratch, Tess felt that the world deserved better pre-made salad dressings, that not only tasted great, but also looked fun and were good for you. Having started making the dressings from her own kitchen, the dressings are now stocked into hundreds of farm shops, independents and retailers across the UK, including Wholefoods, Ocado and Bayley & Sage.
