Simon and his wife Claire are the owners of The East Street Deli, an award-winning delicatessen in the picturesque town of Wimborne, Dorset. With 20 plus years of retail experience including 16 years working in the Convenience sector and over 5 years as a retailer, Simon is well positioned to comment on independent retailing and the importance of creating a loyal customer base through the highest store standards and offering the very best customer experience.

Since opening in the summer of 2020, The East Street Deli has become known for great customer service and in-store standards but always striving to find the latest innovation, product range or social media trend to follow.
