Mark Kacary is the Managing Director of The Norfolk Deli, an award-winning delicatessen and online retailer based in Hunstanton, Norfolk. A passionate advocate for independent retail and regional food systems, Mark has spent the last decade championing Norfolk’s food and drink producers through both bricks-and-mortar retail and innovative digital platforms.

Under his leadership, The Norfolk Deli has grown from a local shop into a nationally recognised brand, known for its artisan cheese selection, locally sourced hampers, and the creation of Norfolk’s Online Farmers Market, a pioneering initiative supporting over 80 small-scale Norfolk producers. His commitment to authenticity, customer experience, and sustainability (including planting a tree for every online order) has helped set a new standard for independent food retail in the UK.
