A taste of the Great Taste Award winners exhibiting at Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2027
A selection of brands exhibiting at Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2027 have been recognised in the Great Taste Awards 2026, highlighting the quality and variety of products that buyers will be able to discover at the event.
Baboo Gelato, School Yard Kitchen, The Drinks Bakery, Tayport Distillery, Shojin Mania, Snowdonia Cheese Company, Forest Feast and Seggiano are among the exhibitors to have received awards this year. Their winning products span gelato, preserves, biscuits, spirits, confectionery, cheese, snacks, sauces and pasta.
Organised by the Guild of Fine Food, Great Taste is an internationally recognised food and drink accreditation scheme. More than 15,000 products from 3,919 companies across 116 countries were entered in 2026, marking a record year for the awards.
Products were assessed over 105 days by more than 800 chefs, critics, product developers, retailers, writers and other food and drink specialists. Entries were presented without branding or packaging and judged primarily on taste, followed by appearance, aroma, texture and mouthfeel.
A total of 4,286 products received one star, signifying that judges considered them “simply delicious”, while 1,596 received two stars and were described as “outstanding”. A further 306 products secured the coveted three-star rating, awarded to products deemed “exquisite and extraordinary”.
Nicola Woods, Event Manager for Speciality & Fine Food Fair, said: “Congratulations to all the exhibitors recognised in the Great Taste Awards 2026. These awards give buyers a valuable, independently judged indication of quality and can help exceptional products stand out in an increasingly competitive market.
“The range of winners exhibiting at the Fair reflects the creativity and diversity found across the speciality food and drink sector. We look forward to welcoming these businesses to the event and giving visitors the opportunity to sample their award-winning products.”
