RAYA will showcase its Thai curry pastes and award-winning palm sugar at Speciality & Fine Food Fair, 5–7 April 2027 at Excel London, and welcomes conversations with retail buyers, delicatessens, wholesalers and distribution partners.

Based at London’s Borough Market, RAYA Grocery combines Southeast Asian ingredients with its own branded Thai pantry products. The exhibition will introduce RAYA’s curry pastes and palm sugar to businesses interested in bringing distinctive Thai flavours to their customers.

Made in Thailand, the range includes Green, Red, Massaman and Southern Thai Khua Kling curry pastes. Massaman Curry Paste received two stars at Great Taste 2026, while Khua Kling Curry Paste received one. Alongside the curry pastes, RAYA’s Palm Sugar received two stars at Great Taste 2025 and is also available to stock.

Worawan and the RAYA team will be available to introduce the products and discuss retail and distribution opportunities across the UK. The team are also quietly working on further Thai products and delights, with more news to share soon.
