Mushroomery to launch expanded food and wellness range at Speciality & Fine Food Fair
British brand Mushroomery will showcase its growing collection of mushroom-inspired food, drinks and supplements at Speciality & Fine Food Fair, taking place from 5–7 April 2027 at Excel London as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week.
Created to make mushrooms more accessible and enjoyable in everyday life, Mushroomery combines carefully selected ingredients with distinctive botanical packaging. Its range spans functional drinks, premium supplements, savoury snacks and versatile pantry products.
Visitors will be able to discover the brand’s collection of mushroom coffees, cacao and matcha. Products include Functional Five Coffee, which blends freeze-dried coffee with five mushroom extracts; Get Up & Go Coffee with Cordyceps; Lion’s Mane Mocha; Clear & Calm Coffee with Lion’s Mane and Chaga; Calming Cacao; and Mushroom Matcha.
The range also features mushroom extracts in capsule and powder formats, including Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, Tremella and Oyster.
For speciality food buyers, Mushroomery offers a selection of snacks designed to celebrate mushrooms’ naturally savoury flavour and distinctive texture. Its crispy shiitake snacks are available in Sea Salt, Black Truffle, Sweet Chilli, Smoked Chilli, Garlic & Herb and Black Pepper varieties.
The company’s gourmet mushroom jerky is slowly marinated and dried to create a satisfyingly chewy, umami-rich snack. Launching in Original and Spicy varieties, the product was named New Product of the Year at the Tastebuds Collective Awards 2026.
Mushroomery’s pantry collection brings the versatility of mushrooms into home cooking through a mushroom seasoning, a mushroom risotto made with Arborio rice and a grow-your-own oyster mushroom kit.
