Over thirty years ago, we opened our Bath store.
Cheese was at our heart. At the outset, we had a motto that is still true
today: ‘Seek out the best and, when you’ve found it, keep looking’. It applies
equally to our cheese selection and affinage, to products branded The Fine
Cheese Co., Miller's and to partner brands imported exclusively.
