Stillgarden Distillery

Stillgarden Distillery is an Independent Irish Distillery based in Dublin. They have just launched 4 of their most popular Irish aperitifs & liqueurs in the UK. 

With spritz cocktails exploding in popularity across the UK this year, there’s never been a better time to pour something bold and refreshing. All of our products start off with ingredients grown in our community garden, focusing on Irish flavours to make a positive impact on our local environment and celebrate the abundance of natural flavours on our doorstep.

Berrissimo: An award winning berry-forward Spritz Aperitif, bursting with blackberries and rhubarb root on top of a complex botanical bitter base. Lower in alcohol and sugar, but big on flavour. It’s rich, refreshing, and totally versatile, winning prizes at the Blas na hÉireann, The Irish Food Awards, The Irish Quality Food Awards, & Irish Whiskey Awards. 

O’MARO: A round and rich Irish Amaro with a sweet-complex raspberry and tonka bean finish that has been macerated using traditional methods with a unique blend of botanicals, including rosehip, strawberry leaf, lemon verbena. It’s perfect for sipping, super spritzing or mixing into cocktails, such as a Paper Plane or an Irish take on a Boulevardier.  

Glas 55: A fresh, modern alternative to Green Chartreuse, with Irish roots. It’s bright, bold, and botanical and is our green-hued twist on the classic digestif and ultimate cocktail modifier. Made with several fresh herbs from the distillery community garden, it's complex and refreshing without being too bitter. Think green and herbaceous, like a stroll through a summer garden. We’re proud to say that it’s a Gold Medal Winner at both the Irish Whiskey Awards and the London Spirits Awards in 2024. This one’s a true flavour champion.

Buí 43 A honey-forward alternative to Yellow Chartreuse with a bold attitude. It is the mellower sister to Glas 55, softening the sharper herbal notes with less alcohol, and the addition of honey and turmeric. It's a natural fit for cocktail lovers who enjoy bright, punchy flavours. It’s a double Gold Medal Winner, earning top honours at the Irish Whiskey Awards and London Spirits Awards in 2024. Safe to say, it turns heads wherever it’s poured.
