Over 160 years later, Santa Teresa has evolved into an innovative gourmet food brand, preserving tradition and quality while offering a portfolio of over 100 products that are 100% natural—free from preservatives and additives. The brand is designed for consumers who value healthy eating without compromising on flavour.
Santa Teresa operates from its recently expanded, state-of-the-art facilities in Ávila, covering over 4,000 m², where it produces two main product categories:
- Sweet Delights: This includes the iconic Yemas, other traditional confections, and innovations like Quince & Nut Delights and Huevo Hilado (Thread egg yolk).
- Prepared Dishes: A growing category that features products like Gazpachos, Vegetable Soups, Sauces, and Purées, offering ready-to-eat solutions for every eating occasion.
