RaiRai is a new brand introducing authentic Finnish rye bread to the UK. In Finland, rye bread is an everyday staple - but in the UK, it was nowhere to be found. Founder Kristian knew the feeling all too well, returning from trips home with suitcases stuffed full of Rye bread to fill his freezer, until he finally decided to do something about it.
RaiRai’s first product, Dark Malt Rye, is unlike any rye bread you’ll find in the UK or from Germany. Rich and flavourful, it elevates whatever you put on it while delivering real substance: packed with wholegrains, high in fibre, and a natural source of slow release energy.
