Today, our olive plantations cover more than 3,500 hectares of fertile land in the ecologically clean regions of Azerbaijan. We oversee every stage – from planting the trees to delivering our oil to store shelves around the world. The harvest is collected at the optimal moment by hand, and the olives are cold-pressed within hours at our own state-of-the-art mills.
