The business began with a road trip discovery, inspiring a mission to bring Italy's finest honeys to the UK. Louisa's Honey offers pure, natural, and award-winning varieties, including Bosco, Lime, Coriander, Cherry, Chestnut, Citrus, Acacia, and a speciality Acacia with root ginger. Sustainably harvested from bee farms in carefully selected areas far from pollution, the honey is produced using traditional methods.

Each honey undergoes rigorous testing by world-leading laboratories to ensure the highest standards of purity and antibacterial properties. The Total Activity (TA) score, displayed on every label, sets Louisa's Honey apart, with few UK brands offering this feature. The multi-award-winning Bosco honey boasts a TA score of 20+, equivalent to 829 MGO, offering both taste and health benefits.
