Our kombucha journey
began when Ziyad proposed to branch the family business into beverage
production with his knowledge of industrial fermentation.
After several years experimenting, failing on numerous attempts, but always working diligently with an obsession to flavour, we were finally rewarded in 2024 with a 3 star taste award for our Original Kombucha.
