Hampshire Fare

Hampshire Fare is a not-for-profit membership organisation championing the county’s exceptional food, drink, and craft producers. For over 30 years, we've supported a growing network of more than 350 members, from artisan start-ups to established heritage brands, helping them gain visibility, build connections, and grow their businesses.

We work year-round to promote our members through trade and consumer events, marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and media exposure. Our mission is simple: to connect people with outstanding local produce and the passionate producers behind it.

From charcuterie and condiments to gin, cheese, fresh trout, sweet treats and more, Hampshire Fare’s members reflect the quality, innovation, and provenance that define our region. We also support retailers, hospitality businesses, and craft artisans who share our values and help bring local to life.

At the Specialty Fine Food Fair, we’re proud to showcase five outstanding Hampshire Fare members:

Boka – Healthy snacks with all green traffic lights, perfect for schools and families.

Callaloo Corner – Vibrant Caribbean sauces and marinades, handmade in Hampshire. 

ChalkStream Foods – Premium trout, sustainably farmed in the clean, fast-flowing waters of Hampshire’s Test and Itchen rivers. 

New Forest Shortbread – Traditional, buttery shortbread made with local ingredients and a whole lot of love. 

The Fabulous Catch Company – Award-winning pickled seafood and punchy condiments with a twist.
