Welcome to the Big Ginger Sauce Company!
Launched in 2023, the company was born from a passion for chillies, spices and vibrant, bold flavours! Produced in small batches with a focus on complex nuanced flavours, I make a range of hand-crafted, artisan hot sauce and chilli products in Surrey UK, selling online as well as through selected retailers, delis, farm shops, events and farmers markets.
I believe firmly in a 'flavour-first' approach to hot sauce...there are way too many one dimensional hot sauces out there which are little more than burning hot...you won't find those here! My goal is to produce flavours that enhance not overpower. Each of my products use carefully balanced ingredients, aromatics and spices to create multi-layered, nuanced flavours that elevate your food!
In two short years, my products have been featured on James Martin's Saturday Morning, won multiple awards and gained significant industry recognition. One of my proudest achievements is having been awarded multiple Great Taste Stars across the range, including the coveted 3-Star Award in 2025 for one of my signature sauces "Naga Bomb".
