I am the Owner and Operator of my company, as a self-trained chocolatier and private chef.
The focus on both chocolate and my work as a chef comes from using spices and aromatics to create a product that is ultimately delicious. My heritage is quite key in both, with my family hailing from Punjab in the North of India, and highlighted by a number of the chocolates that I produce, most of all the Punjabi Salted Caramel; a multi-award winning chocolate made with Jaggery from Punjab and finished with a blend of aromats for a unique take on the eponymous Salted Caramel.
