Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones is the founder of The Black Farmer, an award-winning brand known for its bold flavours, inclusive ethos, and mission to bring diversity to British food and farming. Born in Jamaica and raised in Birmingham as part of the Windrush Generation, Wilfred overcame a challenging start to build a successful career in TV before buying a farm on the Devon-Cornwall border. His brand blends British farming with Caribbean heritage and champions opportunity for underrepresented communities. Wilfred is also the author of Jeopardy: The Danger of Playing It Safe, and was awarded an MBE for services to farming and diversity.
