SANTA TERESA
ABOUT SANTA TERESA

The story of Santa Teresa begins in 1860, in a small pastry shop that gave birth to the authentic and original Yemas de Santa Teresa, now a culinary symbol of Ávila.

Over 160 years later, Santa Teresa has evolved into an innovative gourmet food brand, preserving tradition and quality while offering a portfolio of over 100 products that are 100% natural—free from preservatives and additives. The brand is designed for consumers who value healthy eating without compromising on flavour.

Santa Teresa operates from its recently expanded, state-of-the-art facilities in Ávila, covering over 4,000 m², where it produces two main product categories:

  • Sweet Delights: This includes the iconic Yemas, other traditional confections, and innovations like Quince & Nut Delights and Huevo Hilado (Thread egg yolk).
  • Prepared Dishes: A growing category that features products like Gazpachos, Vegetable Soups, Sauces, and Purées, offering ready-to-eat solutions for every eating occasion.

The brand is widely distributed across Spain, both nationally and regionally, and has expanded into international markets such as the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, the U.S., the Dominican Republic, and Japan, among others.

The Next Chapter for Speciality & Fine Food Fair

From 2027, Speciality & Fine Food Fair will take place 5 – 7 April at Excel London, as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week to be the UK’s largest food & drink trade event.

This exciting move will connect our incredible community of speciality producers and buyers with 25,000+ verified trade visitors, creating even more opportunities for products to be discovered, tasted and stocked by buyers across retail, hospitality, wholesale and foodservice.

To prepare for this exciting launch, the Fair will not be taking place in 2026, returning in its new format in 2027.

While the scale grows, the heart of the Fair stays the same - a curated showcase of exceptional producers and a spirit of discovery, now with even greater commercial reach.

We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to build it with you.
