Ben produces all of their handcrafted chocolate from their home kitchen with a bespoke service catering from individual customers to large corporate clients, private companies, and big events. With Ben as the Executive Pastry Chef & Master Chocolatier, and Vicky as the Managing Director, the business is a true family affair.
Our exceptional chocolate is suitable for even the most restrictive diets and can be eaten readily by anyone without causing harm to the body or risking lives.
The main component is either fresh water infusion or freshly squeezed juices from fruits or herbs, creating a nutritious & genuinely health conscious luxury chocolate with purity of taste.

We are eager to collaborate with hotels, restaurants, and wellness retreats seeking bespoke chocolates. Using techniques such as molecular gastronomy, they can craft chocolates in any colour or flavour, making them ideal as pillow treats, unique menu accompaniments, or memorable gifts for special occasions.
Founded in February 2019 by husband-and-wife team Ben and Vicky, the business was born out of resilience, creativity, and a determination to keep moving forward despite life’s challenges. When Vicky’s health declined dramatically after the birth of their second child, requiring round-the-clock care, Ben made the decision to step away from his successful career as a highly sought-after London pastry chef to become her full-time carer. Already an accomplished managing director of her own business, Vicky was determined to keep working, and together they devised a way to combine their skills and passions from home.
