About this Sauce
Like most families this is a popular condiment in our household, it’s used in a variety of ways and often by adding a touch of Chilli and Zaatar Thyme mix to make dips and dressings. So we thought why not make this flavoursome ketchup with these ingredients instead of having to mix them every time. So this our savoury and sweet Zaatar flavoured Ketchup with a touch of heat and here are ideas as to how to use it.

  • Condiment that elevates any fish & chips, burgers, drumsticks and BBQ’s.
  • Dip for onion rings, French fries, Haloumi sticks and chicken nuggets.
  • Base to mix with other ingredients such soy sauce and other spices to make barbecue and Stir Fry sauces.
  • Marinade before cooking any vegetables, chicken, fish or pork or simply mix with fresh herbs in particular basil and parsley to make pasta and spaghetti bolognaise sauces.
  • Mix with mayo or Taratour Tahini dressing to drizzle over falafel wraps, sandwiches, sausage baps, jacket potatoes, omelette and scrambled eggs.
  • Flavour enhancer for any tomato sauce and topping for fresh dips such Houmous and guacamole.
  • To make your own baked beans by simply adding haricot beans.

The Next Chapter for Speciality & Fine Food Fair

From 2027, Speciality & Fine Food Fair will take place 5 – 7 April at Excel London, as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week to be the UK’s largest food & drink trade event.

This exciting move will connect our incredible community of speciality producers and buyers with 25,000+ verified trade visitors, creating even more opportunities for products to be discovered, tasted and stocked by buyers across retail, hospitality, wholesale and foodservice.

To prepare for this exciting launch, the Fair will not be taking place in 2026, returning in its new format in 2027.

While the scale grows, the heart of the Fair stays the same - a curated showcase of exceptional producers and a spirit of discovery, now with even greater commercial reach.

We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to build it with you.
