Made with Real Italian Black Truffle and Porcini mushrooms that are sandwiched as layer between two halves of our natural-tasting Brie.

It has a natural edible white rind.

Creamy and smooth, becoming softer and potentially runnier as it matures. It can have a silky, velvety texture when fully matures.

It is high aromatic with an earthy flavours from the truffles.  The Brie base offers a creamy, grassy taste with hints of nuttiness and subtle fresh mushroom tones.  The combination results in a rich, earthy, and decadent experience.
