A perfectly balanced blend of three seaweeds and sea salt add a unique taste of the Hebrides to our Stornoway Water Biscuits, Oatcakes and Shortbread. The Seaweed Water Biscuits won three gold stars and Top 50 status in the 2013 Great Taste Awards and was named Best Scottish Speciality Product. The Seaweed Oatcakes were awarded three gold stars in the 2015 Great Taste Awards.
