Our Organic Matcha is sourced from our organic cooperative since 2019 is made from spring green tea leaves that are covered in the last weeks pre harvesting to enhance the unique "umami" flavour profile. "Tencha" the harvested dried leaves are then grind into powder to be whisked with hot water to create a frothy traditionally Japanese pure ceremonial drink or smooth frothy hot or iced latte.
