Long consumed in China and Central Asia as a medicine, this tea packs a powerful, probiotic punch. Microbial fermentation makes this tea a great choice for replenishing your gut microbiome and getting on top of your diet.

Our Pu'er Fermented Tea is grown at an elevation of 1350m above sea level on the renowned Nannuo Mountain in Yunnan, China. They are batch fermented to give it a signature taste of sticky black rice.

Tasting notes: Shiitake and sticky black rice.

Our tea tokens are only made with the finest quality, whole leaf teas. The convenient format of tea tokens means that your tea is:

  • Easily portable – individually packaged and perfect for the office or when you're out and about
  • Pre-weighed – save yourself the hassle of weighing out loose leaves and get dosage right every time
  • Ageable – our teas have no expiry date and get better with time
  • Sustainable – because there's no teabag, there's also no paper, strings or microplastics.

How to use:

  • Steep for 3-5 mins using 100°C water for each 250-300ml cup. Rebrew up to 5 times.

The Next Chapter for Speciality & Fine Food Fair

From 2027, Speciality & Fine Food Fair will take place 5 – 7 April at Excel London, as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week to be the UK’s largest food & drink trade event.

This exciting move will connect our incredible community of speciality producers and buyers with 25,000+ verified trade visitors, creating even more opportunities for products to be discovered, tasted and stocked by buyers across retail, hospitality, wholesale and foodservice.

To prepare for this exciting launch, the Fair will not be taking place in 2026, returning in its new format in 2027.

While the scale grows, the heart of the Fair stays the same - a curated showcase of exceptional producers and a spirit of discovery, now with even greater commercial reach.

We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to build it with you.
