In 2024, the concept of Pomme Blushe was created with the aim of introducing a unique apple aperitif that goes beyond the typical apple experience. It pays tribute to the historic apple orchards of Dorset and draws inspiration from the legacy of Dorset’s apple-growing traditions. Pomme Blushe is an English crafted apple aperitif made from seasonal bittersweet apples and matured for richness, balance and blush-toned beauty.

Produced in the heart of the West Dorset, our story began in 2003 when Helen and her family replanted a historic orchard with 24 varieties of trees, near the Jurassic Coast.  What started as a juice business grew into something more spirited - a refined aperitif designed to celebrate both land and ritual.  Produced in season from traditional orchard bittersweet apples and bottled at 12% ABV. Pomme Blushe offers a deep blush tone, strong apple aroma, a gentle acidity, and a bittersweet profile.  Perfect for sipping neat over ice or mixed into our signature spritz with bubbles.

Pomme Blushe is perfect for any occasion, whether it's a relaxed gathering with friends or a festive celebration. Its elegant essence and playful design make it a must-have for creating memorable moments, embodying the spirit of togetherness and making every moment a celebration. Our signature serve, Pomme Blushe Spritz

The Next Chapter for Speciality & Fine Food Fair

From 2027, Speciality & Fine Food Fair will take place 5 – 7 April at Excel London, as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week to be the UK’s largest food & drink trade event.

This exciting move will connect our incredible community of speciality producers and buyers with 25,000+ verified trade visitors, creating even more opportunities for products to be discovered, tasted and stocked by buyers across retail, hospitality, wholesale and foodservice.

To prepare for this exciting launch, the Fair will not be taking place in 2026, returning in its new format in 2027.

While the scale grows, the heart of the Fair stays the same - a curated showcase of exceptional producers and a spirit of discovery, now with even greater commercial reach.

We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to build it with you.
