Made with 100% pure organic Einkorn wheat, grown on our family farm in Tuscany, this unique pasta is highly nutritious and full of the rich, nutty flavour of the grain. 

Einkorn is one of the oldest grain varieties and remains unmodified for 12,000 years. Our artisanal pasta is made from traditional Einkorn wheat, making it suitable for those with gluten sensitivity. 

With the special characteristics of low-strength gluten, Belvedere Einkorn pasta is more easily digestible than pasta made with modern wheat varieties. 

This pasta has been made by Italian artisans using traditional bronze dies then dried slowly at low temperatures.
