Tayport Vanilla Vodka – 40% ABV | 70cl

Tayport Vanilla Vodka is a luxurious, naturally infused spirit distilled from 100% Scottish malted barley and gently finished with real vanilla. Made at our family-run distillery in Fife, this small-batch vodka offers a silky texture and elegant depth, balancing warming vanilla with light notes of biscuit and caramel.

Unlike mass-market flavoured vodkas, we use no artificial flavourings or sweeteners—only natural vanilla infusion layered into our award-winning malt barley spirit. The result is smooth, flavourful, and versatile, crafted for those who appreciate authenticity and refinement in every sip.

At 40% ABV, Tayport Vanilla Vodka is perfect for dessert-style cocktails like the White Russian or Vanilla Espresso Martini, while also offering enough complexity to enjoy neat or over ice. The creamy finish and rich aromatic profile make it a favourite among home mixologists and those seeking a gift-worthy bottle with real character.

Infused and bottled on-site with care, this vodka reflects our grain-to-glass ethos—celebrating Scottish provenance, real ingredients, and premium craftsmanship in every drop.

Naturally smooth. Elegantly sweet. Truly crafted.

The Next Chapter for Speciality & Fine Food Fair

From 2027, Speciality & Fine Food Fair will take place 5 – 7 April at Excel London, as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week to be the UK’s largest food & drink trade event.

This exciting move will connect our incredible community of speciality producers and buyers with 25,000+ verified trade visitors, creating even more opportunities for products to be discovered, tasted and stocked by buyers across retail, hospitality, wholesale and foodservice.

To prepare for this exciting launch, the Fair will not be taking place in 2026, returning in its new format in 2027.

While the scale grows, the heart of the Fair stays the same - a curated showcase of exceptional producers and a spirit of discovery, now with even greater commercial reach.

We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to build it with you.
