Leigh's Bees offer unprocessed honey. They have carefully placed their apiaries to enable Leigh to forage a specific range of nectar depending on the time of year and location. This includes sea lavendar from the saltmarshes, swathes of summer flowering blue borage flowers, heather moors or ivy-clad hedgerows and woodland flowers.
They know the origin of every jar of honey, each with its' own unique taste.
