Bringing together a shared passion for all things Hebridean and a baking heritage dating back to 1885, the Hebridean Baker is the newest addition to the Stag Bakeries family. Together we have created a special range of products using carefully crafted recipes inspired by the Hebridean way of life.
The Hebridean Baker shortbread range includes small batch baked Heather Honey Shortbread made with Scottish honey, Marmalade Shortbread with a delightful zesty flavour, and Whisky Shortbread made with Jura whisky.
Also included are Chocolate Oaties loaded with chocolate chunks, Lemon & Ginger Oaties that provide a soothing dose of Hebridean hygge, and Mixed Berry Oaties that pair tangy berries with a a buttery biscuit base.
