We are a family business with a year-long
tradition in the production of olive oil. Based on our values and principles
and with love to the land of our ancestors, we produce the Extra Virgin
Olive Oil and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Organic Farming
“Latzimas” with real dedication. Our lands, our olive-oil press, and our
standardization unit lie in Northern Mylopotamos in the prefecture of Rethymnon
– Crete, which is an area of Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O.).
Since 1991, we have been dedicated to
producing authentic extra virgin olive oil. With long-standing experience and
respect for tradition, we handpick the finest olives from our groves and press
them in our own mills using cold extraction to preserve their natural flavor
and quality. Thus, our olive oil comes to you meeting the strictest quality and
safety standards, while maintaining its high nutritional
value, authentic taste and the rich fragrances of the Cretan
land.
