“It reminds me of sunshine, drinking Chardonnay and summer holidays,” is how some of our friends have described Envero.
The Envero harvest usually starts at the beginning of November when the olives are starting to lose their notes of unripeness and changing appearance from green into a range of colours – light reds, pinks and purples – reflecting the different states of olive maturity.
Uniquely olivey and fresh and a favourite for our friends, Envero is sunshine in a bottle. It is straight forward to enjoy and is a great accompaniment to any party or special occasion.
