A store-cupboard essential. This versatile little jar is packed with red onions, caramelised with muscovado sugar, and aged balsamic vinegar of Modena. Dollop it in a sandwich. Swirl it onto a savoury tart. Serve it on a cheeseboard with Black Bomber, Red Storm, Beech Wood and a soft goat’s cheese.
