Tayport Blackcurrant Liqueur – 20% ABV | 70cl

Crafted in small batches at our family-run distillery in Fife, Scotland, Tayport Blackcurrant Liqueur captures the bold, earthy flavour of real Scottish blackcurrants. Each bottle is made with hand-pressed whole berries—never concentrate or artificial flavouring—resulting in a deep, jammy character with subtle tartness and a smooth, elegant finish.

This award-winning liqueur is a celebration of real fruit and provenance. Our 2024 Great Taste 2-star recognition follows reaffirms its quality and flavour. Judges praised its “authentic woodland notes” and well-balanced profile. By pressing berries in-house and using no additives, we retain the full integrity of the fruit in every drop.

Tayport Blackcurrant Liqueur is remarkably versatile—equally at home in a classic Kir Royale, mixed with soda, or simply enjoyed on its own. The natural depth of flavour also makes it an excellent companion for dark spirits or dessert pairings. Whether chosen as a gift or for personal indulgence, it delivers an unmistakably Scottish experience.

Backed by Tayport’s grain-to-glass approach and commitment to local sourcing, this liqueur speaks to discerning enthusiasts, locavores, and cocktail lovers alike. Every bottle reflects our values: authenticity, quality, and a deep connection to the land.

No shortcuts. No flavourings. Just real Scottish blackcurrants, pressed with care.

The Next Chapter for Speciality & Fine Food Fair

From 2027, Speciality & Fine Food Fair will take place 5 – 7 April at Excel London, as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week to be the UK’s largest food & drink trade event.

This exciting move will connect our incredible community of speciality producers and buyers with 25,000+ verified trade visitors, creating even more opportunities for products to be discovered, tasted and stocked by buyers across retail, hospitality, wholesale and foodservice.

To prepare for this exciting launch, the Fair will not be taking place in 2026, returning in its new format in 2027.

While the scale grows, the heart of the Fair stays the same - a curated showcase of exceptional producers and a spirit of discovery, now with even greater commercial reach.

We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to build it with you.
