Made with locally grown earthy beetroot and onions this unusual hot sauce is made to my own recipe, with homegrown scotch bonnet chillies. The colour and flavour are both all natural due to the beetroot being steamed.
Smoked fish and our beetroot hot sauce are a match made in heaven! creamy mackerel pate, crunchy crackers and a dash of our rich earthy fiery sauce!
