Our APHRODITE Chestnut Honey is sourced from the wild chestnut trees of Mt. Pelion, Greece. It is a mix of honeydew and nectar honey, which is rich in nutrients and provides powerful antibacterial and healing properties to support your digestive and immune systems. Get the most out of nature with this 950g jar of Raw Chestnut Honey.

Taste

The APHRODITE Raw Chestnut Honey offers a rich, nutty flavour and a strong floral smell. With its caramel tones prominent, it is known for its medium sweetness and a touch of bitterness in its finish.

Aroma - Texture

The APHRODITE Raw Chestnut Honey has a red-amber golden colour and a thick consistency. This honey has a distinctive nutty aroma with a scent of sweet pollen. Its natural crystallisation process is quite slow. More specifically, it retains its liquid form for more than 15 months when stored at room temperature.

Culinary

The complex flavour of the APHRODITE Raw Chestnut Honey accompanies any yellow cheese, as well as your red meat creations. It is also a perfect choice for hot drinks and pairs wonderfully with fruits and cold smoothies.

The Next Chapter for Speciality & Fine Food Fair

From 2027, Speciality & Fine Food Fair will take place 5 – 7 April at Excel London, as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week to be the UK’s largest food & drink trade event.

This exciting move will connect our incredible community of speciality producers and buyers with 25,000+ verified trade visitors, creating even more opportunities for products to be discovered, tasted and stocked by buyers across retail, hospitality, wholesale and foodservice.

To prepare for this exciting launch, the Fair will not be taking place in 2026, returning in its new format in 2027.

While the scale grows, the heart of the Fair stays the same - a curated showcase of exceptional producers and a spirit of discovery, now with even greater commercial reach.

We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to build it with you.
