	A L'Olivier was founded by Eugene Popelin who had a love of nature and a curiosity for the incredible aromatic richness of plants. He explored the countryside in the search for new aromatic plants to inspire, and vibrant flavours that would give a new lease of life to every home cooked dish. The range of products continues to grow; there are now fruit vinegars, wine and balsamic vinegars, Provencal pastes, honeys and mustards.
