To coincide with our 50th anniversary, we are pleased to present our new catalogue featuring our updated branding which we will roll out across our ranges this year. Founded 50 years ago, The Wooden Spoon Preserving Company began with a passion for creating traditional and contemporary preserves using natural ingredients. Based in the picturesque village of Wye in Kent, all of our products are made by hand in a converted Kentish Oast House. We're also excited to be planning new premises nearby and set to open in 2026 as a destination venue based in the heart of Kent. We exclusively sell products made on site, with a wide range including extra jams, marmalades, chutneys and more. A highlight during the festive season is our Fruit with Liqueur collection-available in a variety of sizes and beautiful glassware they make the perfect gift for any food lover. Ouse Valley Foods was founded in 2004 by Julian Warrender and are renowned for their innovation and creativity, making award winning jellies, chutneys, marmalades and jams. Upon the retirement of Julian last year, Ouse Valley is now an integral part of Wooden Spoon, specialising in jellies and more complex spiced chutneys. Though unusual and unique, the products have a traditional element giving a timeless as well as surprising impact many of which can be used to enhance recipes. Since Rosemary Shrager discovered that she was diabetic, she has been a keen advocate of reduced sugar det that is still packed with flavour. Being a fan of The Wooden Spoon, Rosemary decided to help develop her own range to show you don't need sugar to have a great tasting dish.
