Potion De V is an exciting addition to the portfolio of products classed as
store cupboard and baking essentials and introduces a brand-new
category of vanilla extract.
The product of years of extensive research, Potion De V is an artisanal
aged pure vanilla extract, made in small batches using carefully selected
Grade A organic vanilla beans ethically sourced from Madagascar
(Madagascan beans enjoy an established reputation as the acknowledged
Gold Standard for vanilla beans).
What sets Potion De V apart from other vanilla extracts is the ageing
process (between 12 and 18 months), which enables the vanilla beans to
free the 300+ flavour compounds responsible for delivering the ultimate
vanilla hit and exceptional exotic aroma.
The combination of the quality of vanilla bean, along with the unique by
hand extraction techniques, ensure the creation of the purest form of
extract with an unparalleled depth of vanilla distinction.
Potion De V is presented in striking vintage-style 150 ml glass bottles
which include the original whole vanilla beans, the precious vanilla seeds
(caviar) within the beans and the purest vanilla extract. The caviar can be
squeezed out from the beans to bring an extra burst of flavour to a
variety of recipes, while the bean skins can be used to create home-made
vanilla sugar.
Potion De V is also introducing two new variants for Christmas:
Potion De V Artisanal Pure Vanilla Extract in Bourbon is aged for 18+
months to deliver a luxuriously rich and smooth extract with hints of
smoky oak.
Potion De V Artisanal Pure Vanilla Extract in Caribbean Rum is aged for
15+ months creating a warm vanilla hit with sultry notes of caramel like
sweetness and exotic spices culminating in a harmonious symphony of
flavours.
