I’m truly humbled that Shobhna’s Organic Desi Ghee has been named a finalist at the 2025 UK Quality Food Awards!

As the UK’s longest-running and most respected celebration of food excellence, the Quality Food Awards recognise products for their outstanding taste, aroma, quality ingredients, beautiful packaging, and true value for money. To be judged by leading industry experts and shortlisted is an incredible honour — and I’m so proud that our authentic, traditionally-made Organic Desi Ghee has made the cut. I am truly grateful.

What began as a simple passion in my kitchen rooted in love for natural food, wellness, and keeping Ayurvedic traditions alive has grown into a brand now standing proudly alongside some of the UK’s biggest and most-loved names. I could never have imagined this journey leading me to the stage of the Quality Food Awards. It proves that it’s never too late to turn a passion into reality.

To see our little jar recognised on a national stage is both surreal and a dream come true. From my humble kitchen in Essex to the Quality Food Awards stage, this milestone is already worth celebrating. 

I’m deeply grateful for all the love and support that has carried me on this journey.
