Tina is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Warner’s Distillery and hails from a potato farm in North County Dublin, Ireland. After an early career in private equity in London, in 2012 Tina and her husband Tom began diversifying his Northamptonshire farm to create the best tasting spirits that are best for the planet. Warner’s Distillery is now one of the world’s leading farm-based spirits producers, crafting delicious drinks in harmony with nature on its farm in the village of Harrington, Northamptonshire. Tina, Tom and their team grow and distil acres of botanicals for flavour while aiding biodiversity, guided by their core ethos that real tastes better and does better for our planet.

Tina is an EY Winning Woman, Goldman Sachs 10KSB and Unicorn School alumni and a member of the Buy Women Built community. Both Tina and Tom were winners and national finalists of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and are proud patrons of the Weetabix Northamptonshire Food & Drink Awards.
