Sarah Stewart
Sarah is a WSET Certified sake educator and the head of sake programming at West London Wine School, where she teaches WSET sake qualifications, the advanced Sake Scholar course on sake regionality, and her own original classes covering a wide variety of sake, wine and food pairing topics. She is a Member of the Academy of Cheese and teaches on the Level 1 course at West London Wine School with a focus on beverage and cheese pairing, and is also a graduate of the Guild of Fine Food Retail Cheese and Stanford Continuing Studies ‘History, Culture and Science of Cheese’ courses. Sarah also serves a judge for the International Wine Challenge - Sake Division and the Great Taste Awards, and volunteers as the Membership & Events Officer for the British Sake Association. She serves cheese during all of her sake classes and is incredibly passionate about introducing the incredible food pairing potential of sake through the perspective of everyone’s favourite food: cheese!
