Peter started Nidhoggr Mead Co. in his back bedroom 3 and a half years ago. He is a Veteran having served in the Army as an Ammunition technician and then went into sales. His meads are multi award winning and He has also won start up of the year two years running at the national start up awards and is now a finalist for Great British Entrepreneur of the Year. He has a staff of 15 and produces around 150,000 liters of mead a year in a variety of flavours for both domestic and international sale.
