Speciality & Fine Food Fair is pleased to welcome the Tastebuds Pavilion for its upcoming edition, bringing together a vibrant collective of innovative and artisan food and drink producers. Tastebuds Collective, an award-winning membership organisation, connects businesses across the food and drink supply chain with research, innovation, and growth opportunities.
By facilitating collaborations and supporting access to public sector grants, Tastebuds helps its members scale and thrive. This new pavilion will showcase a curated selection of member brands, highlighting the creativity and quality shaping the future of the sector.
Norfolk Mushroomery is a family-run mushroom farm based in Norfolk. The company grows and sources a wide variety of mushrooms, including Oyster, Shiitake, Pioppino, Lion’s Mane, Maitake, Reishi, Turkey Tail, and others. It also sources wild mushrooms when in season.
Norfolk Mushroomery produces aromatic mushroom seasonings, powders, and extracts using its own mushrooms, ensuring they are free from pesticide exposure.
Their produce can be found at local farmers’ markets, and customers can contact the team directly to find out what’s available in the day’s harvest.
Leigh’s Bees is a British beekeeping company producing raw, unprocessed honey from hives across the Essex and Suffolk countryside. Run by beekeeper Leigh Brown, the business focuses on small-batch, single-origin harvests that reflect the flavours of local flora through the seasons. With a commitment to traditional, low-intervention methods and bee welfare, Leigh’s Bees supplies natural, traceable honey and beeswax products direct to customers online and through select stockists.
Candi’s Cupboard is a UK-based artisan preserves company specialising in handmade chutneys, jams, jellies and relishes. Founded by Candi Maclean, the business uses traditional small-batch methods and locally sourced ingredients to create richly flavoured preserves inspired by seasonal produce. Produced without artificial additives, Candi’s Cupboard products are crafted in the Cotswolds and sold direct to consumers online, at markets and through select independent retailers.
