Sahar Hashemi OBE, founder of Buy Women Built and formerly Coffee Republic and Skinny Candy, comments: “Consumers don’t realise how many of the brands they know and already buy in Whole Foods Market are actually female founded.”

“There’s no better time than IWD to inspire female entrepreneurs by showing and celebrating the women behind some of the biggest, powerhouse businesses in the UK available in amazing retailers like Whole Foods Market.”

Natasha Bowes, Founder of Biotiful, says: "March 8th is not only International Women’s Day, but it’s also the 12th anniversary of the day I founded Biotiful, with a mission to make deliciously natural Gut Health accessible to all. Am delighted to join Whole Foods Market and Buy Women Built in championing female entrepreneurs, and I hope this will help to inspire other women to follow and indeed succeed!"
