TÁLAVA creates 100% natural craft apple ciders, premium cocktails, hot drinks and soft drinks & expands the usual stereotypes of categories and flavours.
Cider are made from several varieties of Latvian apples, where distinctly seasonal Northern climate forms unique apple character and gives a fresh and crispy notes.
While our premium cocktail serie BAR HOPPER is cooperation with world-awarded cocktail bar GIMLET, creating bar-quality & ready to use drinks in sustainable packaging. Made from 100% natural ingredients, they combine the flavours of popular bar cocktails, excellent bartending skills and sustainable packaging.
We truly believe that every change starts with a small step. Thoughtful production process, zero waste production, recyclable packaging and process optimization together with innovative solutions and conscious communication allow us all to leave a smaller footprint on nature and be among Baltic Sustainability Awards 2022 finalists in category "Sustainable resources".
