Salumificio GECA was founded in the early 1990s in Nocera Terinese, in the heart of Calabria, and is rooted in a long family tradition of butchery. Our company was born from a deep passion for the Calabrian art of cured meat production, passed down through generations. Over the years, GECA has grown while staying true to its core values: respect for tradition, commitment to quality, and authenticity in every product.

We are specialized in the artisanal production of traditional Calabrian cured meats, offering a complete range of specialties that embody the excellence of our region. Our product line includes Mild and Hot Sausage, Soppressata, Schiacciata, ‘Nduja, Pancetta, Guanciale, Capocollo, and many more, all prepared according to time-honored recipes and methods.


From the selection of fresh meats to the seasoning and curing process, every step is handled with attention to detail. A key ingredient that sets our products apart is the Calabrian chili pepper, a true symbol of our culinary identity. The chili we use is certified and dried in-house to ensure maximum freshness, traceability, and flavor intensity.
