Rare & Pasture, based at Fowlescombe Farm in South Devon, produces a range of exceptional products, often using high-welfare meat from its own regenerative farm, featuring pedigree English Longhorn and Beef Shorthorn cattle. In addition to charcuterie, Rare & Pasture offers a selection of cooked meat products, including naturally smoked Frankfurters, Pâté, and Pastrami.
Founded by MasterChef UK finalists Tom Whitaker and Dhruv Baker, Tempus Foods specialises in sourcing meat from ex-breeding sows and ex-dairy cows. This approach is integral to our commitment to utilising the food chain responsibly. We believe these animals provide superior marbling and fat ratios that result in unparalleled flavours and textures.
