Pâtisserie Verte

Pâtisserie Verte creates mouth-wateringly beautiful, high-end, French patisserie for the 21st Century.  All products are designed by Thibault Courtoisier, winner of Bake Off The Professionals 2020 (Channel 4), and runner up in UK Sugar Championships 2017 and Creme de la Creme 2017 (BBC).  What makes Pâtisserie Verte unique is that all its products are plant-based, from its delicate mousses to its award winning macarons (Best Luxury Product at PeTA’s Vegan Food Awards 2022).  With the ability to manufacture high volumes of their artisanal products, Pâtisserie Verte is providing high quality patisseries, from weddings to big sporting events.  With Pâtisserie Verte’s bespoke service, individuals and businesses can work closely with Thibault Courtoisier to create their ideal, plant-based event or product line.
